Wichita Marriott

The staff at this hotel is absolutely amazing. I had an unexpected trip to Wichita due to the health condition of a family member. We needed to extend our reservation two different times and they were extremely accommodating and caring to our situation. From the minute you walk in the door, you will meet a smiling face new friend, such as Neema (front desk). From the front desk staff, the M lounge staff, all of housekeeping, and even the maintenance crew employees we met…. All wonderful and very nice people!! I even had the privilege of meeting the general manager. She was a hoot and Wonderful to talk to. My husband is a lifetime titanium elite member in addition to Ambassador status. But none of that mattered. I saw everyone getting treated the same. This hotel also offers washer and dryers, which is very unique. Anything we’ve ordered off the menu has been fantastic. It has very easy access to the highway. No complaints!!

Me and my family had a great stay here. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. We accidentally forgot a new shirt we just bought back in the room and they offered to have it shipped via FedEx but luckily we were just about to leave town so we were able to go get it. Everything about this stay was great! The pool was nice as well.

Everything was wonderful but huge thanks to Analy who was so friendly and attentive! CJ was fantastic! He had a large crowd of us and he was super friendly and put up with us :-) These two really made the stay so nice and welcoming.

I am a frequent traveler and current Marriott Bonvoy, Titanium Elite status holder. Marriott and affiliated hotels can be hit or miss, as it relates to customer service. The Wichita Marriott customer service rating, receives the highest possible score. EVERYONE was professional, eager to help with any issues that needed attention, and exceptionally kind. I wish I could remember all the names of the staff members that were a pleasure to deal with. I do remember one name, because he was the person that checked me in, a young man named Daytona. Incredibly professional, helpful, and well versed in art of customer care. It was a pleasure to see a young man that has such a passion for his profession and carries out his duties with a zeal, most often possessed by older individuals that have been in the hospitality profession for many years. If anyone from Wichita Marriott is reading this, or anyone from Marriott Corporate, Daytona is a great asset to the Marriott brand. During my stay, I frequently observed him, carrying out various tasks throughout the hotel, aside from his ambassador duties! Daytona will make an excellent manager one day and as a Marriott brand frequent flyer, I suggest Daytona be recognized for his hard work and dedication to all Marriott guests!

Absolutely outstanding hotel! I travel extensively and normally have to stay where out travel manager puts us. Up until this year, she had a great deal of flexibility, but now, not as much. We used to be able to pick where we stayed in Friday and Saturday nights, but that has been taken from us as well. This weekend, I decided I had no desire to stay at the hotel she booked me at. I decided to treat myself and use Bonvoy points. The service was 10/10. The food was so good, I ate every night at the hotel. I have stayed at properties that laundry is complimentary before, but this place goes above and beyond, by providing detergent and fabric softener that is dispensed automatically during the wash cycle. I was very happy about that! If you do stay there, make sure and see Autumn at the lobby bar and restaurant. She rocks!!

A Truly Memorable Valentine’s Day Stay Marriott made this Valentine’s Day one to remember. Booking our room was fast and easy, and the price was more than fair for the quality we received. The room was spotless, well‑organized, and immediately welcoming. Check‑in was smooth, and the staff greeted us with genuine smiles. The night manager, Calvin, stood out for his kindness and professionalism. When my son glanced over at him during dinner, Calvin greeted him with a warm wave that made the moment feel personal and thoughtful. Dinner itself was excellent—the steaks were cooked perfectly, and our son absolutely loved the mashed potatoes. Our server, Amelia, was attentive, punctual, and truly wonderful throughout the meal. The Po‑Pom Martini and Aviation Martini were both elegant, balanced, and memorable enough to bring us back again. After dinner, we enjoyed the indoor pool. The temperature was comfortable, the chlorine level was just right, and the indoor‑outdoor split design was fascinating. We’re already planning to return in the summer to experience it again. The next morning, we woke up refreshed and comfortable. Check‑out was seamless, and breakfast exceeded our expectations—easily one of the best we’ve had. Madyson was an excellent host and made our morning feel just as special as the night before. Overall, this Marriott delivered exceptional service, comfort, and hospitality from start to finish. We will absolutely be returning to this fantastic establishment.

Very nice venue to have a rehearsal dinner. The hotel has been recently renovated. Jessica was so helpful and accommodating for catering and set up the day of our event. The staff was very kind to us. The owner of the hotel even stopped by to say hi and make sure everything was ok. We reserved one of the banquet rooms. Our food was delicious! Highly recommend The Wichita Marriott for your next event.

I absolutely adore this restaurant inside the Wichita Marriott! I’ve ate here many times for conferences and have placed my to go orders just cause the food is so good! The lady at the bar is so sweet and even provided us water while we waited for our to go order. The food is so good too! I got the chicken quesadilla and it is LOADED with goodies! I 10/10 recommend! The staff is very kind and welcoming and the overall experience is great for a hotel!
